I am Balu Bhaskar, a self-taught artist from Mysore, Karnataka, with more than 25 years dedicated to the world of art. My creative journey began as a personal quest for expression and slowly evolved into a lifelong devotion.

Through my paintings, I explore personal life experiences, memories, and emotions, blending them with elements of Indian tradition, spirituality, and contemporary expression. Each canvas is not just a visual piece, but a reflection of inner transformation, resilience, and storytelling.

Over the years, I have worked extensively with acrylics and oils, developing my own unique style that combines realism with symbolic depth. My recent series of works focuses on life experiences and metamorphosis, capturing the unseen layers of human emotion.
